Hi, I'm Melinda Welch. My kid-students usually call me Mrs. Mindy.
Here are my credentials...
I hold a degree from Millsaps College in Music Performance and Music Education.
I play the piano, the harpsichord and the organ. I'm a soprano as well.
I've been performing & teaching professionally in the Montgomery area since 1989.
I've taught hundreds of students, ages 5 to 75.
But here's what matters...
My job as a teacher is to help you bring out the music in yourself
... to help you discover the joy & pleasure of sharing music with others.
We ARE music... every one of us.
Our hearts thump a beat.
We talk, laugh & sing with pitch.
We walk, run & dance in rhythm.
